I had been referred this company for my TV Installation over our mantle. After several text and phone call with the owner I was comfortable enough to give them a try. The owner Lawrence and Thomas were very professional, asked questions to ensure a satisfactory install as they went along. Covered the floor and area and cleaned up after which I greatly appreciated. Also follow up after the service to make sure you are totally satisfied. I would highly recommend NuWave Automation and look forward to hiring them again in the future.

From beginning to end, the experience with NuWave was fantastic. They were responsive, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, creative, and super-easy to work with. Our situation was a bit of a challenge; we had inherited a variety of pre-existing wiring for various A/V setups from the previous owners of our house, and had quite a bit of devices we already owned and wanted to incorporate into our setup. Lawrence and the NuWave team were able to help us figure out what we had, how use it to our best advantage, and how to buy new equipment wisely to round out the systems–in three different rooms! Everything now works smoothly together, and we couldn’t be happier–they even took the time to get on the phone with the manufacturer of one of our “legacy” home theater components to ensure that everything was working properly. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat for any of our A/V needs!

NuWave Automation did a great job!! Before the TV installation, we would sit at the kitchen table with very little visibility of the TV. Everyone can now enjoy the TV from the kitchen table or family room.

I’ve know Lawrence for a long time and when I needed an alarm system he was the first person I thought of. Proposal was given in a timely manner.
